Availability of Products
Product availability is daily checked. In the event of stock unavailable, the system will not let you to proceed to the checkout.
In case that a product becomes unavailable, at the time of checkout, we will notify you by sending an electronic message. Then, you can either replace it with an alternative product of equal price and quality or either credit your account for future purchases or reimburse the money.
Whiskies are being sold via a third party. Before proceeding to purchase, please get in contact with us in order to guarantee the goods.

Cash on delivery
You can pay cash on delivery. We do not accept bank cheques.When you choose cash on delivery you have 7 days to pick up your order from the courier office or from our warehouse if you don’t, after 7 days, the order is returned and canceled.
Right of Withdrawn
You have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the current contract, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire after after 14 days from the day on which you physical possession of the goods. In case that your decision to withdraw from the contract is electronically submitted, we shall acknowledgement to you of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. email) without delay.
Please note that, in the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse payment received from you (excluding supplementary costs if you opted for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we have been informed about you decision to withdraw from the contract. The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment as the one you used. We have the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The deadline is be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods is burdened by you. You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
